Not What You Do, But What He Has Done!

“Am I good enough to go to heaven?” How will I be judged? Have I done enough good things to win my way to heaven? Maybe I should start being nicer so God will like me better?” The Bible says: “There is none good, no, not one:” [Romans 3:10]

You mean no one is “good enough” to go to heaven?! All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” [Romans 3:23] There is nothing that I do, no great act of kindness can get me to heaven? No, because it’s not what you do, but rather what He has already done, that is the way to be saved! (Christ)…”is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them” [Hebrews 7:25]

The work of salvation is already done!!

The blood of Jesus on the cross saves us from our sin! Our works do not save us! We cannot justify ourselves by good works. “By grace ye are saved through faith, and not of works…” [Ephesians 2:8]

The grace of God is that Jesus has died in our place to forgive our sin and give us the free gift….

…of everlasting life in heaven!

Jesus saves us and releases us– to share this Good News with others. If you know Jesus, share Him with everyone you know– serve God and be justified in His sight!

Accept Jesus Christ as your Savior by saying this simple prayer:

Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. But I believe that you died upon the cross for me. That you shed your precious blood, for the forgiveness of my sin. And I believe that on the third day you rose into heaven to prepare a

place for me. I accept you now as my Savior, my Lord, my God, my friend. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and set me free from my sin. And, because you are my Savior, Jesus, I “shall not die, but have

everlasting life”. Thank you Jesus!

Now you are free with a new life. To stabilize your freedom, locate  a Bible believing church near you and start fellowship with God’s children. Jesus is Lord.
